Q. Are all your products fresh and genuine?

A. Definitely, 100%. We never sell anything other than genuine brand items on our blog.

Our products are sourced from around the world, so a small number of the products sold on our blog may look slightly different from what you have at home, but the products are still 100% genuine and produced by the original manufacturer for that particular brand. For example, a product sold in the US may differ in appearance from the same product sold in France or Japan, but the product is still genuine.


Q. Would you be able to find something not listed on your blog?

A. Quite possibly. We have an extensive global supplier network which ensures our product range is the largest anywhere on the internet so we just might be able to find what you're looking for.  Please email us (worldperfumez@yahoo.com) the full name of the perfume, we will update you as fast as possible.

Unfortunately we are unable to notify individual customers when stock arrives or when the next shipment is coming in, so please keep checking our blog for the latest stock update.


Q. How to get the Reseller's Price?

A. Each perfume price or the complete full price will only be disclosed to verified reseller who have paid the registration fee of RM 50.00 (SGD 20).  Price list will be emailed to you upon request.  Please do always check with us the availability of the products you order.

Q. How to Order?

A. Placing your order at content of "Place Order", please provide us clearly the perfume full name, quantity of bottle, payment mode and price.  After placing order, we will send you back a confirmation order and payment details by email.  So please keep checking your email for the latest update.

Basic info needed by Place Order Form:
  1. Full Name of Product (Copy & Paste from my blog)
  2. Your Name
  3. Your I/C (for register as Member, more off & collection point)
  4. Contact Number
  5. Shipping Address
  6. Payment Mode (Cash, Cheque, Credit Card-Min. Order RM450=SGD188)

Q. How long will it take to get my order? 

A. Once Orders are placed, we will take 2-3 days working days to reach you.  For example, deposit on Monday, we courier to you on Tuesday, so that you will received by the next day.

Unfortunately, if your order are Out of Stock.  Your order may takes between 7-14 business days to reach you because it will go through several process. This includes assembling & packing products from supplier's warehouse, notifying the courier company, loading & shipping by USPS or FEDEX, into Malaysia custom checking, transporting to KLIA Mel & Courier Service, in-house inspecting, repackaging and local distribution by Skynet, GDEX, POS LAJU or DHL. 

Please note that delays are possible due to several reasons that are out of our control like your Orders that are placed and paid on non-business days such as during weekends and holidays will only be processed on the next available business day.


Q. How will I know my order has been shipped? 

A. If your order was shipped by then we will email you the tracking number.


Q. Are you charging Shipping Fees? 

A. Yes.   
  • RM 8.00/per bottle (West Malaysia)
  • RM 15.00/per bottle (East-Sabah/Sarawak)
  • RM 30.00(SGD 12.60)/per bottle (Singapore)
Noted: 2nd bottle and above as same order will be charge RM 5.00(SGD 2.10)/per bottle.

Q. How can I pay you through? 

A. We prefer Cash / Cheque direct bank in to the Bank Account and Credit Card (minimum RM 450.00(SGD 188) per transaction).   After you placing your order, we will email you the confirmation order and banking details.  After you bank in, please send us an email of the transaction.  Once we are confirm the payment are done and we will courier to you.  If you want to pick up by yourself please mention with us and payment mode only allow by Cash.


Q. What happen if I'm not happy with the product i receive? 
 
A. Any problems with items you receive must be reported to us within 7 days of purchased.  We guarantee money back refund / exchange within 7 days of purchased.  Items must be returned in the original condition in which they were received.

Unfortunately, if the product been used / broken / damage / missing, or all happen in delivery period we are not responsibility of that.


Q. Any discount for Reseller? 
 
A. Yes, Definitely.
  • RM 3,000-RM 4,999 (SGD 1250-2099) per order, Discount 2%
  • RM 5,000-RM 7,999 (SGD 2100-3349) per order, Discount 3%
  • RM 8,000-RM 9,999 (SGD 3350-4189) per order, Discount 5%
  • RM 10,000 (SGD 4190) and above per order, Discount 8%

Noted : No Refundable once Confirmation Booking was deal.  Those price was excluding shipping fees.


Q. Can I join as a Member?  What benefit for me?

 
A. Yes, Definitely.  We welcome you join us as part of us.  As our member, you may enjoy for collection point for redeem a Free Gift of Perfume and Season Promotion Price.  We will register you as a member while you first time purchase with us.  Note: Those point life time only 1 year. 

Redeem Perfume range as below:
Point Collection up to 1000 points : 1 Miniature Size (worth: RM 50-80)
Point Collection up to 1500 points : 1 Small Size (worth: RM 100-150)
Point Collection up to 2500 points : 1 Medium Size (worth: RM 150-200)
Point Collection up to 4000 points : 1 Large Size (worth: RM 200-300)

For example 1: 1050 points in your account, you may redeem 1000 points for a Miniature Size Perfume and balance 50 points can be bring forwards adding at the next purchase.

For example 2: 3000 points in your account, you may redeem each 1500 points for Small Size Perfume,  so that you get 2 Small Size Perfume. OR, 2500 points for Medium Size Perfume and balance 500 points can be bring forwards adding at the next purchase.


Q. Any Extra Service your provide? 
 
A. Yes, we provided Drop Birthday Gift Service at the moment.  You may choose our product from our blog and made us the full payment.  We will direct send the gift to your friend / family.
